High Gloss Spray Sealing

The sealing preparation of patterns and moulds can be a time consuming and laborious process. With the introduction many years ago of MCT`s internal paint department, we were able to provide approved sealing services to our F1 customers reducing lead time and a more comprehensive offering. However, in line with our company ethos, the paint team developed an improved the process resulting in an extremely high gloss surface finish, critically whilst not deviating from standard approved systems. This process reduces mould preparation time whilst also delivering higher quality mould surfaces for Automotive VQ componentry and specific customer aero demands.
