Our Directors

David Joseph - Managing Director

David founded the business back in 1997 with business partner Stephen. David had been working in Motorsport for many years with a passion for engineering and a love for the high paced environment. Being business minded meant he took on the MD duties back then and continues to drive the business which is continually growing today.

Stephen Holbrooke - Engineering Director

Stephen founded the business alongside David back in 1997, Stephen had been working for various race teams since leaving school with a passion for cars, mechanics, and engineering. He now leads an on site training school teaching un-skilled people to be trained technicians passing on his wealth of knowledge.

Steven Szmigielski - Technical Sales Director

Steven joined David and Stephen on their venture of MCT Engineering in 2000, after working with them previously in the motorsport world as a fabricator. Steven has 30 years engineering experience and now works closely with customers design teams on the engineering and design of new and upcoming projects.
