MCT offers a comprehensive composite facility, with the ability to produce components with the assurance of detailed ISO accredited traceability. The production processes offered ranges from CNC templating, robot trimming through to Romer-arm inspection. Our 32,000 sq. /ft. Daventry sites contain 5 autoclaves with comprehensive cycle recording of every cure. The manufacturing procedures have been refined over 20 years of continuous supply to both the Motorsports and Automotive industries, resulting in a robust and dependable operation.

MCT has a separate R & D facility on campus, with a vast amount of experience acquired of nearly 30 years. MCT has many technical partnerships with, material suppliers all over Europe, customers and end users and design and innovation houses here in the UK and abroad.
TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING
MCT also offers to its customer’s full engineering support, assisting in the design, evaluation and productionisation of components or programs. Specialising in the highest aesthetic visual quality componentry together with assembly, performance and line planning. MCT is well versed with the PPAP, SPAP, IMDS approval requirements, together with Volvo V MB system, with a dedicated team able to validate and support new programs and projects from conception to track line fit. MCT can support comprehensive CAD requirements, ranging from component design, evaluation to mould and tool design, even component FEA if required.
MCT has a dedicated scheduling and customer liaison department, that seamlessly works together to ensure an efficient, cohesive production route for every component. Our state of the art “real-time shop floor data collection” system, Enables us to track the progress of components through the factory and identify any potential issues that may arise. Our entire production process is electronically tracked from the receipt of the customers PO through to the raising of the despatch note in our logistics department.

Our purchasing department in an effort to offer an “end to end” service, can arrange and organise any technical or supportive processes as our customers may require. All machining, investigative, NDT, finishing, ceramic coating, lacquering and painting even theoretical component analysis. MCT has formed a number of very close relationships over many years, particularly Legaro Fortis and P12 special finishes who work with us as integral partners on many automotive programs. MCT is also able to accommodate any specific customer processes on their behalf if that is of assistance to ensure an expedient comprehensive service.
